Hello and welcome!
My name is Aquisha and I am the CEO of Wright Call Solutions LLC, headquartered in North Carolina but has clients all over the US. I've been a customer service representative for 7 years now and it has always been my passion and something that I love doing. Although working in a call center wasn't the worst, the commute wasn’t satisfying at all. When the Covid 19 pandemic hit, I thought to myself, I would love to open a call center and give agents the opportunity to work from home. I must say, working from home has really been a wonderful, life changing experience. I am proud to announce that Wright Call Solutions LLC has open positions and it is our pleasure to help you achieve success and give you all the option to do what you love while working from the comfort of your own home!
THINGS TO CONSIDER
- Must be 18 or older
- Must reside in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must have basic knowledge of computers
- Must know how to power computer on/off
- Must know how to navigate through internet and different tabs
- Must be self motivated
- Quiet work space with a door that locks, is required
- No background noise allowed
- Must know how to use email. It is our primary form of communication
